CPU usage for BIMcollab Twin networks went up, hitting 100% at 13:15, rendering the application offline for all users. BIMcollab's IT department identified and diagnosed the outage and at 13:45 added extra CPU and memory resources and fully restored the application. Investigations will continue to identify the cause of this spike and prevent it from happening again in the future.
